Well i got bored and i had 5 weeks till my next race so I said "Why not strip her down, guesset it out and paint her." So thats excatly what i did. While i was at it, i added a Rossier. Derisi will be seeing my shocks right after my June 24th race. So here she is. Its all spray paint. Came out amazing, and looks amazing too.

I painted my 440ex frame, swingarm and arms with automotive paint and it is still holding up great after 1 year

i am only worried about the contact areas (boots on the side of the frame, and rocks and the ground on the front a arms. Other than that, I hope it holds up. I did a very intensive prep and then primered, painted, cleared and the clear is pretty protective. I will let you guys in on how it looks after my race on the 24th.

BMER!!!

I race A class in D-6. I just gotta keep on finsihing good. That last race at Evansville should have been thrown out because I watched 3/4 of my class cut coarse. Im the only kid(17 #48) A class so im not hard to find.

Hey, looks great! Quick question, how hard is it to re-build these engines? Is this something somebody should try when they don't have any expierience with re-building engines? My dad and I have a little above basic mechanical skills and just wondering if we can re--build ours when it comes time to re-build it...

Good luck in your race season!

well i just did a frame paint and stuff no motor mods. The rebuilds are acually quite easy on these small motors. Takes like 2 hours tops if your good.
