recently i blew up my stock 400ex. i obviously need a new top end. i want to do 440 big bore but i ma bit confused. if i do a 440 kit will my fourwheeler be rideable off track? if so would it still be an all day rider? this is killing me.

there two ratios i can choose from... 11:1 or 12.5:1... what would be best for me. i will be spending time on trick and off. i want something i can get lots of hours out of. since u have 440 do u no what kind of good hard hours i can egt out of it?

go 11:1. more reliable, can run pump gas. if you go 12.5:1 youll need to buy a hd crank too. either way get HD studs if you go 440. the stockers will pull out.

its not much better.

the studs are the bolts holding the head to the jug. they are weak and pull out in stock form. so order some from GT thunder and have them installed. youll be fine that way. just make sure you get them if you go 440.
