FMF designs the exhaust systems for their current bikes, so, they are probably the best lol

I have a 525 dirt bike. I run the the above pipe and silencer (which is basically the KTM factory pipe recommendation) and it is great. Stock head pipe with an Akrapovic slip on makes similar power.

My brother has a 525 also, he has a FMF powerbomp headpipe and runs the Ti Powercore silencer. It also makes good power.

Either of these are good options. We also both have Power Now carb inserts, and these work great as well and will be a good addition to the motor set up.

I also have the factory 540 kit - which will be a nice option for the new quad adding good torque and additional power. The factory also has a stroker kit, that takes the 540 to a 576 (or 552cc with stock piston) and adds a lot of torque. So there are already a lot of "factory" proven power options available when this thing comes out.

The 525 will be a great quad for the dunes and fast desert riding.
