Somebody has to know. They really don't look like they make them here in America.

pretty sure they are at least welded in the Spirit Lake, Iowa plant

I can check with a frend who worked there if you really need to know.

I think my 03 has a leaf on the frame so possibly Canada?

I'd really like to know. I'd like to support them as much as I can, but I want to know they are putting their name on Taiwanese products and trying to pass them off as US made. I know the engines are made by Fuji, but the frame looked questionable on quality for a US made product (unless US welding skills are lagging behind now). Not bad looking for Taiwanese quality.

They are 100% American made frames. They were welded in Spirit Lake, IA. As were the early 2006 Outlaws. I work there now and now we make only Rangers and Victory Motorcycles

It is probably a robotic welder.

The Taiwanese build most of the bicycle frames and they do a first rate job. Japan and Taiwan have good quality control. I'm with you I would rather buy USA if I could
