lost please help

All i did was perform a maintenance program on my front calipers. Put them back togather, bled and tried to start quad for a test run.

esr intake
9 stage cdi
eddie carb
hot cams w/ported head
full trinity

i can see gas going into carb, it is wet
plug is clean and dry maybe not getting gas shouldn't the plug be wet? i pulled the plug cleaned and tested and i am getting a good spark.
put my hand over end of pipe to see if I was getting any compression. it will suck my hand up tight to the pipe and push it away with every stroke

any ideas fellas??

IF plug is dry and its not running you are not getting gas.

when i pump the throttle i can see gas pumping in from the carb past the slide

put some fuel directly in the cylinder and see if it fires up.

what are signs of the timing chain being out? if the timing chain tensioner is bad will this cause the timing to go out?

If you can put the tensioner in without retracting the plunger a bit then you have too much timing chain stretch and it should be replaced.Yeah it can jump time as well.:(
