well the time has come to sale the 400ex and i was just wantting to know if there is anything i should do to get as much for it as i can...tips etc....im going to the car warsh to clean it realy good...the bike has one problem tho...no front brakes..its an 05 400ex with graphics on stock plastics but there shaved any help would be great also wat price range should i shoot for?
4,000$ was wat i was goung to start with but idk help me out

Since you're in Louisiana, obviously everything is more expensive, I suggest you start at $3800 OBO, I got mine stock for 2900, a used 2002 in somewhat mint condition.

I wouldn't touch a quad that didn't have fully functional brakes.

Make sure to detail it really nice, buy about 4 cans of that foaming tire polish, i covered all my tires in it (treads and all not just the side wall) and they come out looking so black and brand new. The small things matter to a lot of people.

fix the breaks. it wont cost much, but people will be sketched out about it if they dont work. and people LOVE shinny stuff.

Yeah Before you even think about selling fix the front breaks, The do like ever body else said Detail it extremly good, put tire shine on the whole tire, top and under side of the plastics and polish stuff that has dulled.
