05 450R Questions from a newbie???

I am thinking of getting a brand new 05 450r from a dealership here in Phoenix. I was wondering if their was anything to be aware of with this model year. And another question... what does a typical suspension setup cost as far a widening the frt and rear end and new swingarm alittle longer. Maybe someone could post a list of what I would need to but for this and a link to a good online parts dealer. Thanks a bunch guys.

Crank bearings can or can not be a problem on the 05's, if they are bad, it will go in the first few hours of use. Other than that the rod bearing seems to go a lot.

Suspension is all about how much money you have.

You can get setups from either site sponsor at a good deal

C&D racing or KB motorsports

You can spend any amount you want, a cheap complete setup would run you close to $2000 for a-arms, swingarm and shocks being rebuilt. If you were to buy good stuff and good shocks you could easily spend $5000
