Help!

I Have an 06 predator. My brother borrowed my quad, and left the gas cap off in the rain. I drained the gas within a half hour of it filling with rain. He also played with the idle knob by the carberator. I need to know what I can do, as it wont start. i pulled the plug and it was dark black . i fixed that. It still wont run. What can i do, anyone know the stock idle position.?

Uh, beat your brother up, LoL.

Why the F would he mess with the idle and wut kind of moron forgets to put the cap back on?

Drain the gas and the float bowl and refill it, maybe wash a tank threw to clean it out, then fill it and run it.

For idle get an owners manual and they say it all, your jets, your fuel mixture screw setting, 2 turns out, and stuff like that, and the idle setting, if your cheap, then just go 2 turns at a time untill it runs, but don't flood it.
