Chain

I was riding last weekend and all of the sudden my chain came of my sproket, and now it is really, really loose. Does anyone know what happend? it is so loose I cant ride caz it just falls off.

You might have had too much slack in your chain to begin with, causing the chain to move off the sprocket.

There should only be an inch or two of play in the chain, if you had any more than that, there is your problem.
