broke my 3rd needle

i was riding today and then my 450r starts bogging so i put it on reserve and wait a little and it still boggs get it home and take the carb off and the clip is broken for the 3rd time idk what to do do u guys have any suggestions ?

Is there any play in the arm or slide that would cause it to bind when the throttle is opened and closed? I have never seen a needle break so something is causing it to break if you have gone thru 3. I am not familiar with that carb but i am looking at a fische picture and it's similsr to all the honda carbs, the needle sits into a seat you might take the bowl off and pull the needle seat and look at it maybe someone else will chime in that know that carb a little better.
