Help!! Swingarm Bolt Seized

Does anyone have any tricks on removing these bolts I am trying to get mine out and it is seized up tighter than hell it wont even budge. I am really concerned about screwing it up if I use a big hammer but I need to get it out so I can remove my motor from the frame.
Any help I can get will be greatly appreciated.

The answer to my question was get a big fu-king hammer, and it worked out just fine.
