installing the chain adjuster bolt in swingarm

recently our 05 z-400 broke the chain adjuster bolt and was wondering how do you install the new one??

it happened again, could somebody walk me threw the installation of the new bolt assembly, i would really appreciate it

i can remove it, i just am not sure on the installation of the whole bolt and clip and nut assembly,,
