yea i was originally gonna repaint the heatshield but i ran out of sand for the sandblaster so i decided to polish it.

unless i am mistaken the heat sheild is steel so you might want to clear coat that

Yep, thats my stock heatshield. Well i started to sandblast the paint off but i ran out of sand so i used my orbital sander to take the remains off then i just used regular sand paper.

I did it like this. 120,220,280,320,800,1500,2000.

Its stainless so he'll be fine, i did mine a little over 2 years ago and it still looks great. Good job on everything!
