Laeger A-arm bushing removal

Any tips to getting these out, then how much they cost to replace?

Do they only make the black delron ones for these now?

I just used a punch a hammer to get mine out. When I ordered replacements, I got the black ones. My other bike has the orange ones in it. A new kit is close to $100+. Try calling Burgard, I think their bushings may fit in Laeger's.
