weld in reinforcing rings

Who has them and where can I get some? I need something for my douglas .190s. I race in the woods and at the time I couldnt afford beadlocks or hipers, So where can I get these at or Is it possible to just make my own?

you can purchase these rings at j&l luckey.u also can make your own if u have a tig weilder,and something to cut out alumin.i made my own it's a lot of work if u don't have the right tools.
