mike say kenny sound like ape man. anyway enough with the tarzan crap. the only time that i have ever really needed rol off or tear offs was when i was riding at h/m and they wouldnt have helped anyway cause it was almost all water

They say dirt cant get in the roll off's but guess what they do and they suck. A rock hits them the plastic brakes and there it goes. Also if you rip it hard enough (the string), it can get jammed. Tear off's are the way to go in my opinion. a simple tear and your there.

I prefer tear offs. I have been using Oakley laminates. VERY thin and clear. I think it starts with 7 layers of laminates per application.

i personally use tear aways... heres the pros and cons of both...


tear away- goods,
full google view when u pull a new one
cheaper
easier to get more

bads
if u get water under them look out its like driving with 30 beers in ur system...
the dam buzzin noise next to ur head!!!! haha i hate that!!!

roll offs... goods
no drunk thing when wet under
u only have 5 or so tearaways ever ride u have alot more roll offs


bads
u only get a clear vision of less then 2 inchs to look through
string can brake
they can get tangled and or fall off the googles (friend had it happen b4)

tearoffs, its the only thing i ever used cause i was directed towards them by my neighbor who is a life long dirtbike rider
