I think the guy before me messed with the TPS on the Carb because the torx screws are stripped out, I have read that you should mess with it because it has to be synchronized back to the right position. If this is messed up how do u fix it and what would be the symptoms of it messed up?

You adjust it with a meter, checking resistance. As for the symptoms, no idea.

My advice would be to search the net for a service manual and download it (they are out there) and get the instructions.

If you can't find one, post back up and I will try to cut and paste the instructions for you.
