This **** is getting so old. Who honestly cares about her 23 days in jail, or pictures taken of lohan passed out in a car? I do watch the news pretty frequently, just like to stay caught up in current events, but I am about to stop watching all together.

i stoped watching the news a while back. All that was on there was stabbing, killings, raping, robbing, lost jobs, etc....nothing good

I'd rather have her punishment be picking up garbage on the side of the highway or clean out Honey Buckets for a week than take up space in jail.:ermm:

I'm really sick of it too. It pisses me off that these stars break the law in everyway possible and get off, when they actaully do get charged and punished, people rally against it. I personally think that Paris Hilton should be walking on the side of the highway in a "chain gang" with every scum inmate they can find cleaing garbage. That might teach her and all the other stars. She shouldn't have a cell to herself either, her cellmate should be a really butch fat dike. I'm just so sick of the stars getting off on everything. I haven't watched the news in some time, except the weather.

i am tired of it being on national news. that should be left for the more serious stuff. they should leave all that hollywood bullchit to E! News so u can have a choice to hear it or not. but sadly, thats not possible.

Thats just the point im trying to make, thanks to all the smart asses who replied also, you make a great argument

I just frankly don't care about who marries who and whos got a baby on the way and who is going into rehab. Not my life, lifestyle, or anything that relates to me, and I just don't care. There probably is a niche market out there for a new news station to pop up. I would rather watch a news station that is 100% news, 50% tragedies (murders, car crashes, bad stuff) and 50% good stuff. There is a lot of good things out there in the world that no one talks about and I think alot of people would be interested in that.

Don't we have two wars going on? U.S. servicemen fighting, and sadly dying, in two different countries. Aren't they more important? It's a shame when the lead story on the CBS evening news is about Sir Paul and his soon to be Ex wife. Bummer.

The news doesn't care about anything but money... And sadly, all this crap actually sells really well.

Thats the truth. Most people love dirty laundry. I really could care less, but keep up with it mostly for conversation at partys and things.

Remember awhile back hearing about the Paris, Brittany, Lindsay, getting out of cars, no underwear thing.
Course being a red blooded american boy I had to go look on the net. Wasnt anything to write home about. :ermm:

yeah we have 2 wars going on, but all people do is complain that the left control all the news channels and don't report the war "correctly" or the right is sugar coating the war reporting etc etc...so here's some advice; if you don't like what's on...TURN THE CHANNEL !!....
