timing a dirtbike

i have 99 honda XR100R i have to put new valves in it and i was wonder if theres a easier way to put it intime with out taring the bottom end fully apart

You're talking about cam timing? Not sure why you'd have to take the bottom end apart. It has an overhead camshaft. :confused:
