help! spongey brakes

bought a new front brake master this weekend, put it on the bike, bled the brakes, and now i have spongey brakes. only the front, the lever goes all the way to the handle and i kinda roll to a quick stop. no locked up tires
any ideas on the cause?
is there a specific way to bleed the brakes i dont know about?

Keep bleeding until u get a firm pull.

ive already used a half bottle of brake fluid, does this seem excessive? should you bleed one side before the other, or does it even matter?
cant go fast if you cant stop...

Here is a trick you can use, if you have a way of pushing the fluid from the caliper to the cyl this usually works good, we have a syringe type of device the pushes the fluid into the cyl from the caliper bleeder, or if you have someone that has a syphon brake bleeder those work good to.
