Ok so I got arrested a few days back, I had 3 warrants for something I didnt do at all... two of the warrants were for driving while barred, and wreckless driving, but I never had any tickets for those two things. The 3rd warrant was for criminal mischief, something I also didnt do, and they are trying to say all three of the things took place at the same time... My question is, can you get a warrant for a driving violation with no ticket? I think its bull**** and the time the warrant was issued I still had a license...

You are going to have to prove you are innonce of the warrents. I would get a good lawyer.

Dude sounds like you in for a long ride of court time. IMO get a damn good lawyer and find anyone you can that can testify as to where you were and what you were doing at the "TIME THE ARREST" had taken place.

Well im pretty sure I was at work when it all happen, but they said the date the warrant was issued doesnt mean thats the day it all happen, and I dont find that out until tomorrow at court... Its a bunch of crap, hoply it all gets straightened out.

If you've got a valid license, doesn't that prove you're not barred?

Well I had court today. After court I was thinking about it and it all happened when I let someone drive my car when I had it for sale, I also had a whitness with me when I let someone take it, and also many people who seen someone else driving my car the day and time it all happened. So hoply I can get out of the two driving charges.

how long were you in jail, what day did you get out?

didnt you have to meet with the judge prior to your relase?
