They are going to transport Downen to the hospital. He did take a nasty crash and was running in 6th place when it happened. Not sure what the injury actually is though.

Thanks guys I was feeling a little frazzled. My sisters water broke last night and they ended up doing an emergency c-section this morning. Everything went well with the surgery and I have a healthy gorgeous nephew and my baby Sister is great too. Made it home just in time to for the QTC.

Cale suffered a serious concussion and was taken to the hospital, and the last time I talked to his dad, I was told he was still having trouble remembering things, and I will call on an update on Cale on Monday.

Well if he gets out with a concussion, he got lucky. God was watching down on a couple riders this weekend. One rider stalled halfway up the uphill, and got hit in the head by the rear tire of another rider. He was fine though, and finished the race!!!

The races were awesome this weekend. I applaud the guys that are tough enough to get out there and battle like they do.

What are the rules for the UTV Wpsa classes?? Those Arctic cats have almost no triangulation/gussets in them, no roof - plus, they don't even LOOK like UTV's anymore.....more like little go-karts or something! They just look they have a huge advantage to the other UTV's in the class with weight, but they don't look terribly strong.....must not be very strict at WPSA.....
