Looking to trade quad for dirtbike

I have a 2002 honda recon es (250cc) has electric shift new rear tires on stock rims, new bearings in the swingarm and a k&n air filter, i will trade this quad for a 125,250 2 stroke bike, or a 250f i will add cash ontop if i need to.
