what fuel do you run on...

your 440 with a 11:1 comp ratio? i also have a sparks advance key in it and am debating taking it out or use a diffrent cdi box for a diffrent ignition curve.

i figure running 1 gallon of 113oct to evry 4 gallons of 91oct?

or should i just run straight race gas in it? what do you guys suggest? i run in the socal dunes. mostly buttercup, gordon's and such. elevation is @ sea level. i ride pretty easy and dont race it much but a few times up the hill and such.

my buddy, batavia's450r on here is his name, his dad has the same setup, he runs straight race gas. I heard with high comp and a big bore you should run race gas. if not, id do 50/50 not 1:4 like you said, you want more race gas then 1/4

ill try that... my local dealer sells a variety of race fuel so ill see what they have.

i would lose teh advance key for sure, especially if your goin with an aftermarket CDI.

but for the fuel, i have an 11:1 426 adn can run 93 in it but in warm weather it will ping, so i runa 50/50 wix of 93 and klotz 113.

yea, sounds like 50/50 is the way to go.

ill try out the advance key in it and see what happens...... worse came to worse i can pull it off. its usually pretty cool when i head out to the dunes.
