the 2004 EX stock needle is adjustable and will probably fit in your carb. you can get one from the dealership or you can get one with an aftermarket kit such as a dynojet kit if you want to go that route.

so the carbs are the same on the older style

99-04 carbs are almost identical to 05+ carbs. The adjustable needle from a 99-04 will fit in your 07.
