What should my valve clearence's be for my 06 400 ex? i can fit a 8 thou feeler in to my exhaust and a 6 into my intake.... its ticking pretty bad.

exhaust is 0.005
intake is 0.004

realy because my shop told me it was 0.15mm for both intake and exhaust...... but i will try that to.

yep that's what the manual says to set them at for stock.

.15mm would be a "safe" clearance to run--although it's not the stock spec. They might have told you that if they weren't clear on what cam you had in there. .15mm is the exhaust clearance for a HotCams cam. Just speculating on why they might have told you .15mm.....
