This quad looks awesome, it will move the whole sport forward. It will be unbelievable when we can buy a quad, fine tune it and be ready to race right now like the Motorcycles. Quad racing today was much like mini-x racing of the 1980s-90s when dollars spent on aftermarket was the key to winning. The only problem Can-Am will have is in its dealer support. Open your phone book right now and find your local Can-Am dealer. The ONE we have in So. Nv. is a jet ski, lawn mower, trailer sales dealer. I have ordered parts for some of the other DS models that have been out and even though Canada is right above us, Japan somehow can get their imports here quicker. I cant even imagine what service will be like for folks who dont work on their own stuff.

Well If you live in a big snow state like me Can-am (ie. Ski-doo) is huge. I have 3 within 20 miles of me. So I guess there is one advantage to living in a cold climate.

Parts will be a major problem! I ordered new CV boots for a new can am and it took 4 weeks to get them :eek2:

Other than that ,they are a cool machine !

My dealer is great, I ordered parts for a totaled Outlander (about 40 items ) and got all of them the next day. He told me if they are not backordered and I call them in before 12:00 am he usually gets them the following day by 3:00.
Many dealers wait till they get a large order before they actuaqlly place the order to save on shipping and convience.
