well ive been looking to get something to have fun on for the summer, when im not riding my yfz, and i cant make up my mind. first i was thinking of a 250r or a banshee that i could ride and so could my dad, but ive also been thinking of maybe finding a pit bike. i would probably look for a modded 110 but im still not sure. i really wish i could make one out of a 65 or 85, but ive heard that i would burn up the clutch and constantly be working on it. my little cousin is keeping his ktm 65 out at our house and ive took it up and down the street a couple of times and man that thing rips! if i chose a 110 i would have to make sure it had pretty high bars because im like 6'2'' and still growing and i weigh around 180. so what do you guys think i would have more fun on in the long run, a 250r, a banshee, or a nice pit bike? and if you have any other suggestions let me know!

im still really torn right now on what to do. what makes a 50 more fun than a 110? i was just thinking of a 110 because it would be a little bigger. the only reason im kinda backing away from the 250r or banshee is im worried about the maintenance involved in owning one.

i say get a pit-bike...you have a quad, why woukd you wanna spend money on something you already have? i mean yeah, Banshees are the sickest quad in the world but some of us on here are strugling to manage one quad...dont rub you money in our faces by going out and buying yourself a 2nd one:blah:

get a pit-bike...and have some childish fun:macho

Your dad isn't going to have a fun time riding a 50 or a 110, just get the 250r or Banshee.

im just wondering, what makes a 50 more fun than a 110. what are the pluses of each of them? i was just considering a 110 because i thought it would be bigger and faster, but maybe im wrong? any help is appreciated. what price range will i be looking at for a 50 or 110?

If you want "Fast" and "Big" then why do you want a pit bike?? I like my 50 because its so small, and more of a..."Toy" I guess

Plus there are more parts available for the CRF50. And if you are really into speed, Buy a 50 and put a trailbikes 88cc bore kit with the race head in it, and believe me, you will leave the 110's in your roost!
