wats the best thing to do?

if only bent to one side and tubing not crushed,stand on grabbar,use a portopwer hydrolic jack,one end by footpeg on frame and other on lower ball joint or upper depending where bent ,i bought my quad from salvage auction and was same way and it straitened easy,watch for cracks after straitening ,will need a reweld if crack tubing,measure wheelbase make sure is square from lower ball joint to rear hubs ,up and down and x patern left front to right rear and right front to left rear
