We get trolls here sometimes and that being you second post, looked suspicious. We try to keep the tech sections pretty clean;)

well to answer your question... it depends on brand and how optimal you want it. First get on ebay and find a nice clean set of a-arms, look for ones with ball joints, not hiem joints. I got a set of Houser LT (longtravel) for $300 and all you will need is standard travel (cheaper). Houser, Laeger, LoneStar, go with a good brand name. then get some used 450r shocks off of E-bay and you can do this for under $200 if you are careful. don't worry about how old or used they are...you are gonna need to get them revalved anyway to work properly on your 400ex. This will cost you $155 at M.A.U.L Tech ATV
(don't put the peroids in the first word...it wont post right if I type **** without them)
so all in all you are looking at about $600. Just don't buy a set of cheap Works fronts
