this is a 1988 trx 250R motor/ bottom end. it is great shape. i bought it as a spare motor but never got around to finishing it. it is 90% complete i never acually herd the motor run because its not complete but everything looks good. there is no lower case saver bolt damage. the guy i bought it from said the crank was still good, it shifts threw all the gears. the only damage to the cases is on the stator side, that lower motor mount has a small chip taken out of it. it is nothing major and as soon as it gets bolted into a chasis it can no longer be seen. other then that there is a little scratches from where the swing arm was rubbing on the back. the clutch cable arm spring had spun around a couple times and made some scratches on the cases. the cases do have some spots where the powdercoating has chipped. it is a very nice motor im just trying to discribe it fully. i was told the cylinder is at 20 over and is worn out. i was told 30 over would take care of it. from what i see it is stock porting.
what it needs to become a complete motor: clutch cover gasket, all the electrical stuff and the bolts for it. cylinder bored, piston. cylinder bolts, head bolts, and a top end gasket kit.
