suspension setup

whts up guys.....i have a 05 450r....does anybody have any suggestions on a suspension setup......i ride mx....can u guys post how much ur a arms and shocks were and where u got them from......post pics as well

i havent gotten this yet but im going with a houser/elka front end and a gt thunder revalve on the rear. (i race mx in the A class)
