gt thunder works shocks with sag springs need rebuilt

i have a set of 400ex works shocks built by gt thunder with sag springs. I need to get them rebuilt, and some new springs, and what not, maybe recoat the original springs. is gt thunder still a promoter to this site? what would it cost to get these rebuilt? 1 may need a new shock shaft. is this something i can tackle myself?
