450r shocks..suggestions?

im lookin to put some 450r shocks on my 250r which has +3 a arms. Now what I want to know is what year is best and what were the changes made?

im about 180 pounds if that helps.

and how much better re they when you get them rbuilt for your weight and such?

get them rebuilt and buy 04/ 05's

the only thing different is a stiffer spring on the 06-07.if you get them revalved and respringed they will be as good as aftermarket shocks.
