how much do u think this yfz is worth

a friend has an 04 yfz that he is selling for 4500. its got lsr plus 3 aarms with stock shocks, minus one swingarm cant remember wich kind, dura blue rear axle, houser steering stem renthal bars, and a rath racing swaybar. the motor is all stock except a hd rod and a 13:1 compression piston. im buying this just for flat track and ice racing and i got bumped up to A class in ice racing and my 400ex wont stand a chance in that class so i was gonna buy this and send the motor out to rossier and send all shocks out to get rebuilt. he wants 4500 for it but i dont think an 04 is worth that much. thanks for any input.

i got my Y a year ago for $4000 from a kid going to jail. it had renthal bars, pipe(got a new 1 though)and tires and in great condition with less than a year of ridin. I got lucky you could say. It sounds a little high but if in awsome shape go for it.

i ice race in wisconsin we got a series called cwira. last year was my first year tryin it. i got 2nd in my aircooled class would have got champion if i didnt miss that one race and fith in b modified and i missed one race and crashed on the last race of the season. its fun im gearing up for next year now that they bumped me up to a need to find a 450 the build up.
