Is the Leager a-arms +2 or +3?

i ordered mine from sf racing and they told me that walsh is the only brand that makes a true +3. all the other ones are like +2 3/8 like my laegers or 2 5/8 or something like that.

I could get a Laeger +2 and not wait however I decided to go with +3 and had to wait for 4 month!!!!!!!!1
Can you imagine?
