i just put on a fat boy 4 full system on my ex and my headers started to melt my boots i was wondering about heat tape or header wrap can i paint the wrap to make it look better and i need to rejet i am thinking of buying a fmf jet kit would this be a wise decision

A richer main jet would reduce heat tremendously. Just buy 152-160 mains and a 42 pilot from. http://www.jetsrus.com/
They are very good place to get them. You can also get them from any honda shop. I wouldn't buy a jet kit.
