400ex will not start

Hey guys this is a great forum. I've been reading your forum for almost a year now. Here's my problem, my 400ex lost power and when we stopped it was skipping so we shut it off. It wouldn't start back. I checked and the spark was very week so I started to diagnose, stator ohmed out 94 ohms, coil was fine, so I bought a knew cdi box. I got it on and it still would not hit at all. I bought a hotter coil. But still nothing. So i checked the timing. From what I read there are three lines on the cam sprocket. 2 are to parallel with the head deck and the middle one pointing up with the fly wheel "T" timing mark. So I set it. I could not get it perfect. It is about Half a tooth off. It still will not start. There are 2 wires on the stator connector that ohm out. 1) 242 ohms 2) 0.4 ohms. I do not have a compession gauge, but it still should start.
