1985 honda atc 250r with esr pipe

Does anyone know where to start my jetting for a 1985 Honda ATC 250r with an ESR pipe. Just received pipe on Friday and was not sent any instructions on where to start with jetting. I live here in Phoenix Az ATC is stock with the exception of carbon tech reeds , a uni air filter and no air box lid. I had an FMF pipe and was jetted with a 148 main jet I put a 152 main jet on and tried to start and nothing checked spark plug and was wet thanks for help.

I've got that pipe on an 85 but I have alot more mods. I'm using a 39pwk and I'm at a 180 main with a 50 pilot at 600ft. What carb are you running? If your using the 85 carb (round slide) your jetting will be smaller than a stock 86/89 carb. Did you try it with the 148?

I used a 162, ddj needle and 52 pilot on mine w/ 38 a/s carb, but it wasn't a stock motor, when I had that pipe.
