i cant figure out how to loosen up my stock shocks

i can i loosen up my stock shocks on a 01 400ex also when i sit on it i want it to be softer and go down more should i do front and back shocks or which should i do?

there should be an adjustment on the bottom of the front shocks, you would have to use something to hold up the spring while you turn the adjustment though

ya at the bottom of the front shocks turn that little thing, itll make it harder or softer.
