Question About Fox Evols

I was wondering if when you buy them, are they set up internally for a certain weight like all other shocks and you can just change the spring rate with the pump? or can you adjust like every aspect of how the shocks work without having to internally vavle them or anything?

I believe every shock comes the same and they are fully adjustable with the provided pump. Whether you are 100lbs or 250lbs, the shocks should come the same.
