I wanted to post this for all our Texas area and TQRA racers. There will be a QUAD motocross race in Splendora Texas, Just north of Houston on Oct 27 at 800am. This is round 10 of the summer series for the STQRA (our TQRA brethren) and pro rider Johnny Hale will be riding. This will be the biggest QUAD only race in the South Texas area in 15 years. i'm not sure. i posted it for the person that runs the STQRA. i'm not going to be able to make it, but i wish i could. it fun to mix it up with the folks down south :D

I'm in Pittsbrugh today be home monday, got to come home for one day thrusday see the wife and kids before coming here and got the beadlocks in and put them on, what do you think?

Yea i know real slow , ever since i put that new 5hp briggs in , its just not that same be having to mess with the gears and everthing been thinking about alittle NOS to help it out !!!!

5HP Briggs eh? I've been thinking about swapping motors with my 18HP Techumseh powered mower. It does have a tranny though, so I would probably steal the PVT off our Sp500 and rig it up real good. You guys could hear me for a mile away:)

Directions to the Splendora Track if you are coming from Dallas, take I-45 South just past Conroe, and take Needham Road(FM 242) to Hwy 59, turn north(left)and go about 3 miles and exit Splendora, make a right on FM2090. At this point if you get lost just ask anyone in splendora where the track is, they all know. Go down 2090 a few miles to the first flashing light and make a left, go 300 yards make a right and follow road about 5 miles till it dead ends into the track. Hope to see all of you there. :D
