ok so i started my 250ex to move it to plug and pump up my tire so as im letting the plug dry to snip it so it dont stick out farther than the tread anyways onto the problem, when i go to start it again it wont start sounds like its spluttering and it only when its full choke full throttle it bogs if u dont keep the RPM's up i think something might be clogging the jets or the breather btw i have stock jetting lid off and its 95 degrees farenheight outside please someone help

If you have stock jetting you might want to put the lid back on.

a is ur filter really dirty? if so something is probly cloging the jets so if ur filter is dirty take it off and blow in to teh carb and get all the dirt and stuff out of it

is it getting spark ?
you got compression ?
is the gas fresh
if yes, then

clean the jets, remove them and spray carb cleaner through them.

I HAVE PUSH STARTED MY '07 MODEL A FEW TIMES. THE SPORT CLUTCH HELPS I THINK. ON THE OLDER MODEL I COULD NEVER DO IT.

use a hill or another atv to pull it and try to get it into 2nd or 3rd gear.
