okay so i'm about 6' tall. I shouldn't be riding a 250 but i can't magically whip 7 grand plus mods out of no where for a 450. I'm looking at universal riders from dk and the one i wanted is 5". Now every cable is long enough [or i can make long enough] but when it comes to the front brake lines, there is a deffinate problem. Does anyone know where i can get an extended front brake line?

no, I mean universal risers. never seen 'em? check them out. All bars besides OEM are obviously universal.

Any extended brake lines for the 400ex will work.

http://www.moto-man.com/cgi-bin/motoman/3774.html?id=JkwgsUXu Those are steel braided, so they are a bit more expensive. If you wanted you could probably find some regular cheaper ones someplace I think

I was just talking to my brother, he thinks that you can only get longer ones that are steel braided, so I don't know what to tell you. There is a slight chance that the stock 400ex cable may be longer than the stock 250 cable, I would look into that.

You know now that I think about it, the 400ex cable should be longer since it is a lot wider. That's just my guess though, but you can get stock 400 cables at www.planethondaracing.com
