im curious what the cc's is as in is it 229 like the 250ex or 249 or what also whats the bore x stroke, width,height,length,weight,shock travel?

250X STOCK SPECIFICATIONS: 74mm BORE X 57.3mm STROKE

i have a question are 300ex's even any faster ? i assume their power is smoother cuz of the longer stroke?

stock vs stock. you cant tell. my friend has a piped 250x and a stock 300. 250x is way faster. neither rebuilt ever.

stock versus stock they are pretty even.The 300 basically just gives you electric start.Some have said the 250x seems to be more "peppy" but i cant tell if theres an advantage,i imagine the state of tune would determine the performance

weight is 362, everything else is the same for the chassis.
