ok, I got a FCR off a yamaha YZF426, it is a 39mm, I have torn it down completely and cleaned it, it has a new accelerator pump diaphragm and spring, I have added the bk mod to adjust the duration of the pumps squirt, I have tapped the lower throttle cable port sicne its not used on the quad.
it comes with a new o-ring for the real air filter joint if you get one. I made the one thats on it out of plate aluminum and a pvc bushing, first one bolts to carb and 2nd plate clamps the pvc to the first plate, I have ran the bike with this on it and sprayed around the joints and it does not suck air in anywhere. I have the 42 pilot and 162 main it came with as well as 170/172/175/178/180 mains and 50/52/55 pilots. it has the externally adjustable fuel screw in blue, as well as standard one. also has the softer throttle return spring installed so it dont kill your thumb and stock one included (installed on in my girls YFZ and it is so much better) also included is stainless steel float screws and allen wrench.
I also got a thumb throttle and cable from a 07 YFZ, since it was going onto a honda I had to grind off the "YAMAHA" letterign and polish it up.
everything needed to get youre 400 running with a FCR is included in this kit, the stock airbox tube will go right around the PVC and the carb fits right into the stock intake manifold, you just need a larger hose clamp cuz it is that much bigger than the stock one. which i also will throw the large clamp I have in.
I will sell it all for 300s hipped, if you watch ebay alot of the FCR's bring this price tag without the jets, spring, fuel screw and thumb throttle/cable. this ones got it all and is ready to bolt on and ride.
