WTF is this?? It has been like that since I bought it back in October. It doesn't look like a crack nor does it feel like one.

To Me it looks like they had to make some last minute welds at the factory

Rust!

I am guessing you wash it...........

After you wash it, spray those spots with WD-40 to prevent more rust!

First 2 pics definitely look like cracks to me.

Did you buy it used? Looks like the previous owner might have tried to weld the cracks already.

Yeah looks that way to me to as you can see in the 3rd pic the heat transfer in the paint. I would look at that closer maybe strip some paint away and make sure there is good heat penetration to much heat can cause the area to fatigue easier.

You bought your quad used, and the guy before you cracked the frame and just did a quick fix. This is the number 1 reason I buy only brand new quads.

I would defiantly take the time to clean it up and look at it better. A lot. Some times when the frame flexes it cracks the paint. It may be nothing or it may be something that you need to take the time to fix right. Check it out before it gets worse.

Well, It hasnt gotten any worse in the last 7 months that I have had the quad. When Winter comes I'm gonna strip it down the the frame and have is Gusseted and PC'd, So I think it will be fine till then...I Hope!
