Im not sure what it is, where the shocks attach to the a-arms the shocks have alittle bit of play, enough to where it makes a little thump sound hwen you go over bumps real fast. is that the shock bushing or something? what is it and can i replace them?

Its probably you're shock bushings and also check you're a arm bearings, i just had to replace all of them, it was doing the same thing you're explaining.
