It's like a small energy drink. My girlfriend took one on Saturday night... She took it at about 10 and kept me up until 6am. So I think they might work. lol.

I think I see that drink advertised on tv some times. If you want energy buy a red bull. Add 600mgs caffein. Add in 4 doses of "B12 complete" and you will be up all night. Only bad thing is that if you cant handle all that caffein you might get the hershey squirts like it did to my friend  The B12 makes you pee really yellow and you have to keep going form all the caffein  :blah:

Wades dad here,

They are made by stacker almost 2 oz. No more than a cup of coffee. They really work, loaded with a ton of B vitamins. My son takes one on race day he thinks it helps his arm pump, MAYBE, anything helps. I usually take one around 8-9:00am really seems to work no BIG let down like those energy drinks. I think those energy drinks suck tasting a damn expensive. Anyway the little stackers are about $1,79 each & i get mine at Rite Aid drug stores. I highly recommend them, & Iam an old man "44"

Nothing is these days. But no sugar and not alot of caffeine is good. But too much of B-vitamins cannot be great for you, but nothing your kidneys cannot filter out.

Just the pills. Don't know if you can even find pure. Pure catches on fire easy. But 1 caffein pill is way more caffein than in a redbull. I seen a chart and 1 caffein pill is like 5x more caffein than the drink. I get bottles of 30 for $1 from the dollar store. Then you want to get a container of B12 complete. B12 complete is a sweet red liquid that has all the same ingredients in as energy drinks meaning you will be bumping them up allot higher than normal energy drink. I just crush the pills put em ion the drink and a bunch of extra B12 and Wooo. :eek2:
It also makes your blood a little thicker so you might feel light headed at times. Like your all hyper an take off running then you might all of a sudden be like uhhh cause your light headed. So.... any ways its safe but might make you poop your self lol

It would be really hard to have to many B vitamins in your systom. You take B12 and only a tiny bit will get in your body the rest will be just pee'd out.
