crf wiring harness

Read somewhere that you can run a CRF wiring harness on your 450r. It said that it gets rid of all the wires for the lights and gives you a better spark. Wounding if anyone else has herd of this and if anyone was running there 450rs with that wiring harness????

You have to change stator, flywheel, and CDI in order to run the CRF harness. There is also machine work that has to be done to the case and flywheel. Johnny Hale used to sale this, not sure if he does any more or not, 918-371-0101.

We still do the CRF conversion for 04-05 TRXs. The taper for the flywheel on the 06-07 is different and if you taper bore the flywheel to fit the slot for the flywheel key is gone. We can cut the harness down on all years though to just the needed parts.
